Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Helfmann-Park

the room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. the staff was attentive and helpful, even providing a tea and coffee station. the breakfast buffet had a good variety. the hotel is well-connected to the nearest metro. We appreciated the facilities of a nice restaurant and a running path nearby.

Good option for the business traveler with meetings in the Eschborn area.

The bathroom - fantastic shower facilities.

The breakfast is so expensive so i did not book it. Hotels should cater for travellers who only want a light continental breakfast ( and dont want to pay 20 euros plus for a roll and a cup of tea!) Also the internet has to be paid for. Otherwise very good hotel and room very comfortable.

Nothing to dislike.

It's location is reasonably close to the Messe considering the price, 3 stops on the s Bahn, you can walk out of your Hotel, catch the bus and then a train and be at the Messe within 20mins. The staff were very helpful and courteous and the food was pretty good too. Also very convenient for the airport, 15mins in a taxi at around 25-30 euro.

The location is a bit out of the city and pretty uninspiring, so in my view the hotel does lack some facilities like a gym and/or swimming pool so there's something to do. The business park it is on also has no restaurants or bars so you are really confined to the Hotel of an evening unless you venture into central Frankfurt.

The location within a business park and a farm yet a few minutes to Frankfurt city center is great.

It would have been lovely if we had tea/coffee in the room as well as a small fridge

The hotel was conveniently located near the business district and had easy access to major highways. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with a tea and coffee station. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of fresh and tasty options.

The bathroom was quite small and there was no bathtub, only a shower. The room temperature was difficult to regulate, and there seemed to be issues with the AC. At times, the room felt too warm or too cold.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location in a Business Park with a lot of international companies was ideal for us as we were on a business trip. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services available nearby, as well as the laundry facilities. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist us with any request. The welcome drink was a nice touch and the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel made it easy for us to explore the area. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The terrace offered a great view and the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The free toiletries and electric kettle in the room were a nice addition, and the television and am/fm alarm clock provided entertainment options. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this venue to our friends and colleagues.

In terms of the Cons, we had no negative experiences to mention. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is located in a deserted area outside the city, with no nearby bars or restaurants. the rooms were a bit small, and our room had a strong cigarette smell in the hallways.
